Now Hiring: Entry-Level Rail Yard Position – Langhorne, PA

Looking for a stable job in a recession-proof industry? We’re hiring immediately at the Norfolk Southern Morrisville Yard in Langhorne, PA!
This is a full-time, permanent position with on-the-job training – no experience needed! We’ll teach you everything you need to know to succeed.
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Driving company vehicles safely around the yard.
  • Spotting and parking intermodal freight trailers.
  • Locking and unlocking intermodal freight trains.
  • Working outdoors in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll start as a Jockey Driver/Groundperson – a role that combines driving and ground work. If you prove to be safe and dependable, you can train to become a forklift or crane operator. There’s room to grow into leadership roles too!

Pay & Benefits:
  • Start at $20.06/hr
  • After 30 days: $21.24/hr
  • After 6 months: $23.60/hr
  • 401K: $3.00/hr up to 40 hrs/week
