Job description

This is an entry level accounting role for someone to function as a Merchandising Accounts Assistant.


Hybrid Work Schedule (2 days onsite per week).


In this role, you will maintain a portfolio of merchandise vendor accounts open invoices, shortage disputes, and proof of delivery detail to determine if product was physically received and the purchase order is systematically received into store’s inventory. You will ensure inventory is adjusted correctly, and vendors are paid for product in a timely manner.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting with high GPA
  • Entry level work experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Sharepoint preferred
  • Maintain and meet daily deadlines on multiple projects and tasks.
  • Strong organizational, prioritizing, analytical, problem solving and time management skills.
