We are looking for an entry-level staff to join our Business Management & Family Office (BMFO) practice in one of our California office locations. As an entry level staff, you will be responsible for following, but not limited to:
NOTE: This is a hybrid position.
Responsibilities:
  • Support and assist the Managers and Seniors on assigned entertainment, music, sports, and high net-worth clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and client team members.
  • Prepare Bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly cash basis financial reports and/or cash flow reports.
  • Pay client bills.
  • Credit Card expense analysis for proper coding.
  • Update performance registers.
  • Resolve vendor issues.
  • Update billing worksheets.

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Business (Accounting, Finance, Business Management)
  • Outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and shift focus as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Multi-tasker
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks and/or Agi link, Data faction a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
