Job description

Job Summary:
Supports launch of a third vehicle line at Toledo Assembly Complex (Wrangler & Gladiator currently produced)
Focus on quality standards during vehicle launch phases
Key responsibilities:
Work with audit team to inspect vehicles before shipment
Ensure plant quality gates (PQGs) follow proper inspection processes
Learn and apply internal standards (MQGR, MQAS, etc.)
Support both current and new vehicle programs
Works closely with UAW and salaried employees
Training:
Full training provided; not expected to know systems upfront
Expected to ramp up within ~90 days
Audits conducted:
Both independently and in team settings
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (not necessarily engineering)
Manufacturing/plant experience preferred
