Tailor Made Pest & Wildlife is looking for a Sales & Service Specialist who can identify customer needs, present effective solutions, close sales, and deliver exceptional service.

This is not an entry-level technician position.

We're looking for someone who can build trust with homeowners and business owners, educate customers on their options, and confidently ask for the sale. Top performers in this role become trusted advisors who generate revenue while helping customers protect their homes and businesses.

Many technicians focus on basic treatments.

This role is built for someone who can produce revenue and deliver results.

Top performers are able to:

  • Run inspections and identify problems homeowners are willing to pay to solve

  • Build genuine, professional relationships with customers

  • Clearly communicate risks, recommendations, and value

  • Confidently present solutions and close jobs in the field

Tailor Made Pest & Wildlife is hiring a Sales & Service Specialist to run inspections, sell jobs, and complete the work.

Sales experience is required.

Pest control and wildlife experience is preferred but not required.

We provide industry-leading training and will assist qualified candidates in obtaining all required licensing and certifications.

This is not just a technician role—and it's not just sales.

👉 You are responsible for producing revenue and delivering results.

You'll be:

  • In the field daily starting at 7:00 AM

  • Solving real problems for homeowners and businesses

  • Building relationships and earning customer trust

  • Learning high-value trade skills

  • Building a career, not just working a job

🔧 What You'll DoInspections & Problem Solving
  • Run scheduled assessments and inspections

  • Identify pest/wildlife issues, entry points, and risk factors

  • Document findings with photos and notes

  • Educate customers on problems, causes, and long-term solutions

Sales (In-Field Closing)
  • Build rapport and establish trust with customers

  • Educate customers using a structured approach (Problem → Risk → Solution → Protection)

  • Present and close jobs on-site

  • Offer solutions including:

    • Exclusion work

    • Wildlife trapping and removal

    • Cleanup and sanitation

    • Recurring pest control plans

  • Follow up on leads and unsold estimates

  • Meet or exceed sales and revenue goals

Service Execution
  • Perform all sold work to company standards

  • Seal homes using metal, hardware cloth, foam, and caulk

  • Trap and remove wildlife safely and humanely

  • Treat for pests (ants, spiders, roaches, etc.)

  • Work on ladders, roofs, crawlspaces, and attics

Customer Experience
  • Deliver a 5-star experience every time

  • Communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently

  • Build lasting customer relationships through trust and follow-through

  • Educate customers on prevention and long-term protection

  • Collect credit card, cash, or check payments and properly log them in the system
