Job description

We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate CNC machines, follow production schedules, and help produce high-quality parts in a safe and efficient environment. We are willing to train candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
Duties, Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Read blueprints, mechanical drawings, and work instructions to produce quality parts
  • Prepare and load raw materials and parts into CNC machines
  • Operate machines to complete production runs efficiently and accurately
  • Monitor machine operations and make basic adjustments as needed to maintain quality
  • Follow system-generated production schedules to support on-time delivery
  • Inspect and measure finished parts to ensure they meet specifications
  • Perform daily machine checks and basic operator preventative maintenance (PMs)
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
  • Assist with additional production tasks as assigned

Critical Skills & Knowledge
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings
  • Basic understanding of machine operation and manufacturing processes
  • Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to learn
  • Good communication and teamwork skills

Minimum Qualifications
  • Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required
  • CNC experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Safety shoes required

Physical Demands
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 65 lbs.
  • Ability to stand and work on a manufacturing floor for extended periods of time
  • Ability to frequently bend, reach, and move throughout the work area
