Compensation: $23.90/hr. + $2/hr. shift differential

Available Shift: 3rd shift, Sunday - Thursday, 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.

Tuesday - Friday, 8:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m.

What You'll Do
In this role, you'll help build the steel structures that make modern life possible - from traffic poles to cell towers to irrigation systems. We'll train you on the tools, techniques, and safety standards that set Valmont apart.


Your Responsibilities Include

  • Performing MIG welding on structural steel components

  • Reading basic blueprints and work instructions

  • Inspecting welds and ensuring product quality

  • Following safety procedures and reporting issues

  • Working closely with team members to meet production goals
