Team members work closely with customers to deliver thoughtful, customized products that reflect individual preferences and styles. Hilton’s Flowers and Gifts values reliability, creativity, and friendly service, and offers a supportive, hands-on environment for developing floral design skills.
Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Floral Designer role based in Highland, CA. The Floral Designer will create fresh flower arrangements and bouquets for walk-in customers, phone orders, and special events. Day-to-day responsibilities include selecting and conditioning flowers, designing arrangements according to customer requests and store standards, and maintaining a clean, organized work area and display cases. The role involves assisting customers with product selection, processing sales transactions, and preparing orders for pickup and delivery. The Floral Designer will also help with merchandising, basic inventory tasks, and occasional gift packaging to support overall shop operations.
Qualifications
