Job description

Mugwump Productions is seeking an in-house floral designer to work closely with our team and clients to create beautiful, creative event and wedding floral designs! You will be responsible for managing all aspects of floral projects including quote writing, ordering of materials, designing, and creating.

What you will be doing:
  • Design and build floral arrangements.
  • Prepare proposals and cost sheets.
  • Maintain floral room, keeping necessary supplies stocked and clean.
  • Provide on-site floral assistance with weddings and events.
  • Build and maintain client and vendor relationships.
  • Assist with floral and non-floral creative design and development.
  • Professionally represent Mugwump Productions and Sight & Sound Productions.

Your team and working environment:
Sight & Sound Productions / Mugwump Productions is based in Jacksonville, FL. This is an in-person position, and you will be working in our newly built building conveniently located near the Town Center (off 295 & Beach Blvd.). Flexibility to WFH on occasion is also available.
