Collecting payments for our work, maintaining accurate and thorough records is what this position is about. We use CCC One as our management software and MAS 90 as our accounting software. If you know either of these, your starting range could be higher than someone who does not though we will train in-house.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail are very important as well as a good attitude toward fellow employees, business partners and vendors. Excellent communication and computer skills are needed. Job responsibilities are:

--Entering customers' checks into our software

--Depositing checks using bank-provided check deposit machine

--Auditing checks, credit card receipts and electronic funds transfers daily and recording such

--Exporting receipts and importing them into MAS 90 accounting software

--By using CCC One Software information, calling on and collecting moneys owed for repairs
