What You’ll Do as a Water Restoration Technician

As a Water Restoration Technician, you’ll gain hands-on experience while working closely with our expert team to:

  • Respond to emergency calls and initiate water mitigation services.
  • Perform water extraction, steam cleaning, demolition, and mold remediation.
  • Set up and monitor professional drying equipment.
  • Accurately document progress using job management software.
  • Work collaboratively with homeowners, office staff, and lead technicians to complete scheduled projects.
  • Maintain company standards for appearance, communication, and equipment upkeep.

What You Bring to the Team

  • High school diploma or GED.
