Day-to-Day Responsibilities - What You'll Be Doing:
  • Start your day by prepping and cleaning your HomeSmiles service van, restocking tools and equipment
  • Use your mobile tablet to check your route and scheduled appointments
  • Meet with homeowners or property managers to confirm service details
  • Have clients sign Terms & Conditions prior to work
  • Perform any of up to 18 home maintenance and cleaning services, after completed training
  • Identify equipment issues and troubleshoot hoses, pumps, ladders, and sprayers
  • Track and maintain tool inventory and alert team lead when replacements are needed
  • This is a non-construction, non-repair role. You won't be asked to perform plumbing, electrical, roofing, or general contractor services.

What You'll Need to Succeed:
  • Comfortable working on ladders, roofs, and in outdoor conditions
  • Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn power tools, water-fed poles, squeegee systems, and rotary dryer vent tools
  • Willing to learn how to clean gutters, wash windows, power wash surfaces, and complete all property maintenance services
  • Coachable with a strong attention to detail, safety and quality
