Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday-Thursday | 3:00 PM-1:00 AM + Overtime as Needed (4-Day Work Week)

Pay: Starting at $24.00/hour

Signing Bonus: $1,500.00 (New hires only. Current employees are not eligible.)

Position Summary

Rackers prepare customer parts for the metal finishing process by securely attaching them to specialized racks before plating and removing them after processing.


This position is critical to product quality because proper racking helps ensure parts are processed correctly, protected throughout production, and delivered to customers on time.


You'll also inspect, count, package, and prepare customer parts while supporting production throughout the facility. No previous plating experience is required—we'll provide the training.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Count and verify customer parts before processing.
  • Rack customer parts according to work instructions and quality requirements.
  • Inspect parts for quality, damage, and accuracy.
  • Remove completed parts from racks after processing.
  • Package finished products for shipment.
  • Complete production paperwork accurately.
  • Follow established production procedures and work instructions.
  • Maintain clean, organized work areas.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and properly use required PPE.
  • Meet established production and quality expectations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
