Job description

Job Title: Entry-Level Warehouse Supervisor (3PL Experience Required)

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Entry-Level Warehouse Supervisor with 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) experience to support daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate has experience leading small teams in a warehouse environment and is ready to take the next step into a supervisory role. This position is responsible for assisting with receiving, inventory control, shipping, order fulfillment, and ensuring productivity, safety, and accuracy throughout the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with supervising the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Lead and support warehouse associates to ensure daily production goals are met.
  • Safely operate forklifts, clamp trucks, electric pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as needed.
  • Ensure accurate receiving, inventory transactions, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
  • Support order fulfillment for:
    • Direct-to-Consumer (DTC)
    • Business-to-Business (B2B)
    • Retail Distribution
    • Amazon FBA/FBM
  • Verify outbound shipments meet customer routing guides and retailer compliance requirements.
  • Ensure proper carton labels, pallet labels, UCC-128 labels, FNSKU labels, SSCC labels, and shipping documentation are accurate.
  • Monitor employee productivity, quality, and order accuracy.
  • Coordinate daily priorities with Customer Service, Transportation, and Operations teams.
  • Assist with investigating inventory discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
  • Train new employees on warehouse procedures, safety, and equipment operation.
  • Promote a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
  • Follow and enforce company policies and OSHA safety standards.

Required Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in a 3PL warehouse environment.
  • Previous experience as a Warehouse Lead, Team Lead, or someone looking to move into a supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations from receiving through shipping.
  • Experience operating or certified on:
    • Sit-Down Forklift
    • Stand-Up Forklift
    • Clamp Truck (preferred)
    • Electric Pallet Jack
  • Experience with:
    • RF scanners
    • Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
    • Inventory control
    • Cycle counts
    • Physical inventories
  • Ability to read and understand:
