Call Center Representative

Join our team and grow with us! We are now hiring Call Center Representatives to answer inbound calls and support customers through the sales process. Learn the latest customer service and selling techniques while raising customer satisfaction with new products and services. Experienced or entry-level candidates should be willing to learn on the job, have excellent communication skills, and be highly reliable.

Position Responsibilities

In this position, you will resolve customer service calls using modern contact center technology and customer experience strategy. When opportunities arise, you will learn to quickly educate the customer and close sales while maintaining high levels of satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing accounts for some of the most recognized brands in the world as an expert on products, technology, and business process.

Our Call Center Representatives are responsible for the following tasks:

  • Consistently service customers, providing efficient resolutions
  • Expand your product and service knowledge daily
  • Professionally build and support existing client relationships
  • Become a brand ambassador managing large accounts
  • Escalate customer dissatisfaction to managerial team

Physical Requirements

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
