  • Handle 40-60 inbound calls daily. (up to 60+ on busy days)
  • Verify customer identification to mitigate risk.
  • Maintain call quality and accuracy standards.
  • Candidate should be open to feedback and continuous improvement.
  • Emphasis on adaptability and system navigation efficiency.
