Location: Brookfield, WI
Schedule: Hybrid – 2 Days Remote (After fully trained)

Duties
As a Systems Administrator, you will administer, design, implement, and manage cloud-based productivity, collaboration, and communication services including email, chat, voice, video, endpoint management, document management, and Power Platform technologies. The Systems Administrator will also oversee Active Directory, Group Policy, VMware environments, file sharing, Windows servers, Linux servers, and identity and access management systems.
 
This Systems Administrator role is responsible for monitoring and optimizing server and workstation performance, including system logs, processor and memory utilization, backups, patch management, anti-threat protections, and overall system health. The Systems Administrator will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, document resolutions, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and cost savings.
 
Additionally, the Systems Administrator will support audio and video conferencing systems, assist with escalated support desk issues, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional technical support across the organization.

Experience
The ideal Systems Administrator candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field along with at least three years of network operations or systems administration experience. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered.
 
Successful candidates will bring strong troubleshooting abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology innovation and continuous improvement.
