Actalent is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Telecommunications Designer to join a growing design and engineering team supporting exciting technology infrastructure projects throughout the Seattle area. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a long-term career in telecommunications design, engineering, and project management.

If you've used Revit in school, completed engineering or design coursework, or are passionate about technology and building systems, we'd love to hear from you. You'll work alongside experienced designers and engineers who will provide mentorship, hands-on training, and opportunities for professional growth.

This position offers a clear career path, allowing motivated individuals to develop technical expertise and advance into project leadership roles as they gain experience.

Responsibilities
  • Create and modify telecommunications design drawings using Revit.
  • Support the design of structured cabling, network infrastructure, and low-voltage systems for commercial and industrial projects.
  • Collaborate with architectural, engineering, and construction teams to integrate technology systems into building designs.
  • Assist with drafting and documentation using Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Participate in project coordination meetings and design reviews.
  • Learn industry standards and best practices related to telecommunications and low-voltage design.
  • Support project schedules and deliverables while working alongside senior designers and project managers.
Required Qualifications
