Job description

Major Health Partners (MHP) is seeking a creative, collaborative, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives. This role will help translate MHP’s marketing objectives into effective campaigns, compelling content, and engaging visual communications that strengthen the organization’s brand and connect with key audiences.

JOB SUMMARY

The Marketing Coordinator is an entry-level marketing position that supports the day-to-day operations and execution of marketing initiatives across social media, content creation, campaign development, graphic design, event planning, and digital communications. Working under the direction of the Director of Marketing & Brand Strategy, this role supports the Marketing Specialist and helps execute marketing initiatives, maintain brand consistency, and support organizational engagement and growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Social Media & Digital Support
    • Manage MHP's social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and publishing..
    • Maintain MHP Google Business listings and online reviews.
    • Support website updates
  • Content Development & Writing
    • Draft and edit newsletters, press releases, blog posts, promotions, and other marketing content
    • Proofread materials for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency.
    • Gather content and photos to support communications and storytelling efforts.
  • Graphic Design & Creative Support
    • Create and adapt marketing materials and digital graphics using established brand guidelines.
    • Maintain and organize creative files and brand assets.
    • Support photography and video projects.
  • Event & Community Support
    • Support the planning and promotion of events, sponsorships, and internal initiatives.
    • Coordinate event materials, signage, and promotional items.
    • Provide on-site event support as needed.
  • Administrative & Project Coordination
    • Track projects, deadlines, and incoming marketing requests.
    • Coordinate ordering and inventory of marketing supplies and materials.
    • Maintain organized documentation, calendars, and workflow systems.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1–3 years of marketing experience, including social media and content creation.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong graphic design, writing, and editing skills.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva.
  • Photography and videography skills are preferred.

EDUCATION
