Nemean Solutions, headquartered in Sierra Vista, AZ, is a certified SBA 8(a) Native Hawaiian Organization (NHO) and veteran-operated company providing advanced Military Intelligence, Enterprise and Cloud IT services, Cybersecurity, Special Operations Forces (SOF) Exercise and Training, and niche Program Support and Professional Services to Federal and State Agencies supporting the US Government Defense, Intelligence and Aerospace sectors.


Job Overview:

The Visual Information Specialist III provides visual information and multimedia support services for Government programs and public affairs initiatives. This position supports the development of graphic design products, photography, video production, web content updates, and digital media products that communicate organizational messaging to internal and external stakeholders. The Specialist works collaboratively with Government personnel to create visual products that align with branding guidance, mission objectives, and Department of Defense communication standards.


Support Hours: Applicant shall be available during core work hours as established the Government customer.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop visual information products including posters, flyers, executive briefs, logos, display materials, social media graphics, and digital publications.
  • Assist in creating graphic scroller images, charts, tables, and presentation updates in support of organizational communication requirements.
  • Prepare preliminary visual concepts, sketches, layouts, and draft products for Government review and approval.
  • Support expedited visual information requests including photo editing, briefing updates, and social media graphics.
  • Conduct research to identify relevant imagery, artwork, and supporting content while ensuring compliance with copyright laws and DoW policies.
  • Capture and edit photography for organizational events, conferences, ceremonies, equipment demonstrations, and internal/external engagements.
  • Write captions and organize imagery in accordance with applicable DoW visual information guidance.
  • Upload approved imagery and multimedia content to designated Government platforms within required timelines.
  • Produce and edit basic video products for web, social media, conferences, and organizational events.
  • Support video production efforts including pre-production coordination, filming support, editing, and formatting for multiple media platforms.
  • Assist with maintaining and updating publicly facing web content utilizing approved content management systems.
  • Perform routine website maintenance checks and report identified issues to the Government lead.
  • Support collection and reporting of website and social media analytics data.
  • Assist with maintaining organizational branding consistency in accordance with Government communication and branding guidance.
  • Obtain and maintain required DVIDS, DoW Vision ID, and AFPIMS accounts and complete required training.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office applications to produce visual information products.
  • Coordinate with Government leads to support communication and outreach initiatives.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia Production, Public Affairs, Communications, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting visual information, multimedia production, graphic design, photography, or public affairs activities.
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and InDesign.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products.
  • Familiarity with photography, video editing, and digital media production.
  • Basic knowledge of website content management systems and social media platforms.

Security Clearance:

  • DoD SECRET Clearance.

Travel Requirement:

  • Under 5%.

Preferred Requirements/Education:

  • Experience supporting Department of Defense or Federal Government communication programs.
  • Familiarity with AFPIMS and DVIDS platforms.
  • Experience utilizing website analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Knowledge of DoW public affairs guidance and visual information standards.
  • Experience supporting live events, field exercises, or military environments.
