This co-op will support the Design Research team by transforming research findings into clear, compelling visual stories that are easy to understand and act on. The position blends information design, storytelling, and collaboration, focusing on creating visual assets, templates, and standards that help communicate insights effectively across the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Translate design and usability research findings into clear, engaging visual formats (e.g., infographics, one-pagers, summary decks, presentation visuals)
  • Create and refine templates and standards for documenting, reporting, and sharing research
  • Support storytelling around research insights, including what was found, why it matters, and how it should inform decisions
  • Collaborate with researchers to simplify complex data, quotes, and observations into clear, actionable takeaways
  • Develop consistent approaches for visualizing patterns, themes, and insights across projects
  • Contribute to building reusable tools and resources for effective research communication

Qualifications:
  • Pursuing a degree in graphic design, information design, UX/UI, visual communication, industrial design, or a related field
  • Strong interest in information design, data visualization, and storytelling
  • Ability to organize complex or unstructured information into clear visual narratives
