We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our remote team. This full-time position provides administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient day-to-day functioning of our business. The ideal candidate is proactive, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Primary responsibilities include managing email correspondence, scheduling appointments and meetings, maintaining calendars, preparing reports and business documents, organizing digital files, performing accurate data entry, coordinating travel arrangements when needed, assisting with project coordination, and responding to routine inquiries from customers and internal team members. The Virtual Assistant will also maintain company records, support administrative projects, monitor task completion, and assist with general office operations using cloud-based business applications.
Qualified candidates should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational and time-management abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and common online collaboration tools. Experience with CRM software, scheduling platforms, or administrative support is helpful but not required. A high school diploma or GED is required. Previous experience as a virtual assistant, administrative assistant, customer service representative, or office assistant is preferred but not required.
