AO Globe Life is welcoming motivated individuals to join its remote team as Entry Level Sales Account Representatives. This position offers the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of sales, strengthen communication skills, and gain hands-on experience working directly with clients.

The role is built around scheduled conversations with people who have already requested information about benefit programs. Representatives learn how to understand client needs, explain available options, answer questions, and help clients move through the appropriate next steps.

No previous insurance or sales experience is required. Training and ongoing support are provided.
