About the job Travel & Tourism Virtual Assistant - WFH About the Role As an Entry-Level Travel & Tourism Virtual Assistant, you will provide remote administrative and logistical support to help travel professionals and businesses run smoothly. This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring each clients itinerary is accurate, enjoyable, and tailored to their needs. Youll work closely with both clients and travel partners to coordinate bookings, answer inquiries, and handle administrative tasks related to trip planning, allowing for a seamless and stress-free travel experience.

Key Responsibilities Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budget requirements. Coordinate flight, accommodation, and transportation bookings using online tools. Maintain accurate client profiles, itineraries, and payment details in a digital database.

Support senior coordinators and travel consultants with administrative scheduling and logistical research.
