Job description

Impact Scale is seeking to hire a full time Entry Level Media Buyer, who will own the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns on Facebook and TikTok. This position will work closely with our creative team to create and test ad concepts, analyze performance metrics, and scale campaigns to meet client or internal KPIs.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the existing media buying team to understand campaign goals and plug into our media buying workflow.

  • Build, manage, and optimize ad campaigns across Facebook, TikTok, and other paid media platforms.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign data (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) to ensure consistent performance and identify opportunities.

  • Test, optimize and build funnels, landing pages, and video creatives to maximize conversion rates.

  • Manage budgets, pacing, and bid strategies on the different social ad platforms.

  • Write clean ad copy, set up variations for testing, and ensure compliance with platform policies.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Experience managing social media ad accounts, such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.

  • Knowledge in Meta and TikTok Ads Manager.

  • Understanding of how to create and optimize landing pages.

  • Strong analytical skills; ability to derive insights from data and act on them.

  • Experience with creative performance analysis and working with creative teams.

  • Familiarity with ad policies, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies.

  • Understanding of AI programs such as Chat GPT, Google Veo 3, Gemini, etc.

  • Ability to create/edit simple video creatives in programs like CapCut.

  • Able to commute in person to our office in Vancouver, Washington.
