Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for 20โ30 active requisitions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and hiring timelines.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various recruiting channels.
- Conduct phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Track candidate activity and hiring progress within the ATS.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Support hiring initiatives and recruiting events as needed.
The Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting for a variety of positions, including:
- Technicians
- Skilled Labor positions
- Entry-Level Utility Technicians
- Customer Service Representatives
- Billing Coordinators
- Administrative Professionals
- Logistics Personnel
- Transportation Professionals
Qualifications:
- Experience managing multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience recruiting for a mix of skilled labor, operational, customer service, and administrative roles.
- Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate workflows and recruiting activities.
- Experience with Workday is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage competing recruitment demands.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard recruiting tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement abilities.
- Ability to build partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders.
- Experience recruiting for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions.
- Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.
