About the role
Job Type: Full-time
The Account Executive will join our team in Denver to work with existing and potential accounts to secure new business, increase sales, and manage current accounts. We are looking for a client-focused individual who has a technical background in geosciences, and familiarity with upstream operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for up to 50 new and existing accounts, assigned to a specific territory.
  • Responsible for all account maintenance tasks including but not limited to renewals, quotes, invoicing, product demonstrations, relationship management, and coordinating onboarding & training for ROGII products.
  • Assist the Business Development Director, USA with existing accounts in matters such as renewals, quotes, invoicing.
  • Ensure strategic plans and successful delivery of ROGII solutions at each account for retention and growth.
  • Track business development and sales thoroughly using centralized CRM workflows.
  • Deepen client relationship to identify leads to increase ROGII's footprint across multiple disciplines (Geology, IT, Drilling, Reservoir Engineering).
  • Consistently hit sales targets and minimize churn.
  • Engrain in the territory's community and identify prospective customers to secure new business.
  • Gain proficient technical understanding of ROGII multidisciplinary products.
  • Communicate with Lead Generation, Support, Technical and Marketing teams.
  • Up to 20% of domestic travel.
  • Other tasks related to all above.

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of Account Management and/or Sales experience
  • Previous experience in upstream Oil and Gas
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office products and Google Docs.
  • Currently reside in the Denver area.

Additional Experience:
  • Experience with StarSteer and/or other geoscience applications and upstream operations software.
  • Familiarity with asset & operations geology, drilling operations and upstream workflows.
  • Customer service experience.
