Are you an experienced, top-producing insurance agent who knows how to close and consistently turn P&C interactions into life insurance policies?
Brian Harris & Yolanda Santana Harris State Farm is seeking a high-performing Experienced Insurance Sales Representative to join our team in Federal Way or Auburn, WA. We are looking for a seasoned closer with a proven track record who can hit the ground running, manage a robust pipeline, and master the life pivot on every interaction.
Please Note: This role requires active licensing and demonstrated insurance sales experience. Unlicensed or entry-level applicants will not be considered.
What You’ll Do (Experienced Sales & Life Pivot)
  • P&C to Life Pivot: Seamlessly transition auto and home quotes/reviews into high-value life and health insurance conversations.
  • Pipeline & Closing Management: Turn qualified leads into written policies with high closing ratios across auto, home, life, and health.
  • Consultative Selling: Analyze client coverage gaps, recommend tailored solution packages, and confidently ask for the business.
  • Targeted Production: Consistently hit and exceed monthly production targets for both P&C volume and life policies issued.
  • Client Retention & Growth: Provide high-caliber service to drive multi-line policy retention and client referrals.
Requirements & Qualifications (Must-Haves)
  • Required Experience: Minimum 2+ years of successful, direct insurance sales experience with a documented track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proven Pivot Track Record: Demonstrated ability and comfort with pivoting P&C clients to life insurance products.
  • Active WA Licenses Required: Must currently hold active Washington state licenses for:
    • Property & Casualty (P&C)

    • Life & Health

  • Sales Drive: Resilient, persistent, and highly skilled in handling objections and closing multi-line accounts.
  • Bilingual Bonus: Fluent in Spanish is a strong plus.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Expected Earnings: $100,000 – $150,000 / year (Base salary + aggressive commission structure + high-tier performance bonuses)
  • Uncapped Earning Potential: Unlimited upside for top producers with strong life insurance volume
