- Create and post content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Linkedin
- Film and edit short form video content
- Capture in studio content during appointments, events, launches and team moments
- Plan content calendars and organize posting schedules
- Write engaging captions aligned with Glolofts brand voice
- Stay ahead of trends, sounds and viral beauty content
- Assist with product launch content for e-commerce and retail products
- Repurpose content across multiple platforms for maximum reach
Influencer and Ambassador Management
- Source local influencers and creators aligned with Glolofts brand
- Coordinate influencer appointments and collaborations
- Track posting requirements, deadlines, referral codes, and performance metrics
- Build relationships with creators and brand ambassadors
- Ensure influencers are posting quality content on time and following campaign guidelines
- Help grow awareness through local partnerships, UGC, and creator campaigns
Community & Brand Growth
- Respond to DMs, comments, and social engagement
- Monitor trends within the beauty industry
- Assist with building Glolofts e-commerce social presence and product storytelling
Qualifications
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, TikTok editing or Adobe tools preferred
Salary: $16 - $18 per hour
