  • Partner with influencers, brand ambassadors, and community participants to co-create authentic content
  • Capture and repurpose UGC-style content that feels organic and relatable Trend & Platform Optimization
  • Stay ahead of emerging social trends, formats, sounds, and platform updates
  • Apply trend insights to field content in near real-time when possible
  • Optimize content based on platform best practices and performance learnings

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with marketing, retail, design, and digital teams to ensure content aligns with brand priorities and campaigns
  • Support broader social initiatives with field-driven content that complements paid, influencer, and brand campaigns

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator, ideally with infield or event-based content capture experience
  • Strong proficiency in video editing, photography, and mobile-first content production tools
  • Deep understanding of social-first storytelling and platform behavior
  • Ability to operate independently in fast-paced, real-world environments
  • Strong creative instincts with a bias toward action and speed
  • Organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple shoots and deliverables

Travel & Work Environment:

  • Must be comfortable working in the field at events, retail locations, and community environments
  • Flexibility required - evenings, weekends, and event-based schedules
