This is an Entry Level Position

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can interact daily with staff and customers in a cheerful way, and also someone who can go above and beyond to show excellent customer service at all times. Also, perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Welcome customers, addresses questions and assists them in a friendly professional way.

Answer telephone and routes calls to appropriate person.

Completes clerical tasks as necessary, including typing, filing, scanning, faxing and copying.

Maintain filing system.

Orders office supplies when necessary and keep inventory of stock.

Refers visitors to the appropriate personnel.

Post customer payments and keep accurate up to date records.

Prepare daily bank deposit form.

Assist accounting with payroll by collecting time cards.

Opens incoming mail.

Assist with monthly statements.

Prepare weekly invoices.

Prepare memos and correspondences.

Maintains a clean receptionist area.

Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Regular predictable, reliable attendance.

Knowledge and Skills:

Demonstrates the ability to effectively communicate information to visitors.

Is friendly and courteous, and works well with others.

Knowledge of Word, and Outlook.

High School diploma or equivalent

Must have a stable work history and be dependable
