Job Summary:
Lime Media is a leader in experiential marketing, specializing in LED technology and data-driven solutions. As we expand our digital infrastructure, we’re looking for a motivated Junior Developer to join our team and grow with us. This entry-level role blends hands-on software development, data integration, and application support.
Responsibilities:
• App Development & Enhancement: Assist in auditing, refactoring, and expanding the Lime LED app under senior guidance. Implement new features and maintain clean, documented code.
• Application Support & Issue Resolution: Act as the first line of support for software-related issues from staff, drivers, and customers. Triage, resolve, or escalate tickets via JIRA.
• Testing & Release Management: Validate fixes, assist with UAT, and coordinate user feedback. Create release notes and communicate changes effectively.
• Knowledge Management & Documentation: Maintain a repository of common issues. Create training materials for users to reduce support needs and improve application uptime.
• Business Use Case: Identify opportunities for process and data improvements based on interactions with functional users.
• Data & Integration Support: Help design and implement pipelines from the multiple data sources to our data lake. Build and operate analytic tools for internal and external stakeholders.
