Job description

About Atmosphere TV
Atmosphere is the leading streaming TV platform built specifically for businesses. Unlike ad networks or signage companies, Atmosphere is the only true TV company whose first priority is to entertain television audiences outside of the home. Our content is designed to be fun, engaging, and worth watching, transforming waiting rooms, gyms, bars, and restaurants into better experiences for customers and better businesses for owners.
We are the first and only company to think about both the business owner and their customers when creating TV content. With 60,000+ venues and a global audience of over 150 million monthly viewers, Atmosphere is redefining what TV means outside the living room.
About the role
Atmosphere TV is seeking a sharp, organized, and versatile Coordinator to join our Ad Sales Marketing team. This role sits at the intersection of creative production and project execution - supporting the development and management of sales collateral, pitch assets, sponsorship packages, and pre- and post-campaign elements, for both National and Local/Regional Sales partners. If you're a fast learner who thrives in a high-output environment and wants front-row exposure to how Connected TV and Digital Out Of Home advertising gets sold, this is the right seat.
This position is a hybrid in-office/remote role based in NYC and will report to the Director, Ad Sales Marketing
What you'll do
Asset & Mockups Creation
  • Coordinate with Sales, Creative, Content, Engineering, and other internal stakeholders to support the production of ad mocks and creative executions for RFP responses, proactive client pitches, sales presentations, and internal materials
  • Manage versioning and file organization for active creative deliverables across the team

Sales Collateral
  • Assist in the development and production of client-facing materials, including one-sheeters, sell sheets, case studies, and supporting pitch visuals
  • Support the creation of timely, moment-based content around major sports and non-sports tentpole events (NFL, NBA, March Madness, Holiday Shopping, Back to School, St Patrick's Day, etc.) - helping the team move quickly when cultural windows are open

Project Management
  • Help track active deliverables across the team - owning timelines, flagging blockers, and keeping projects moving without being asked
  • Maintain shared planning documents, trackers, and intake tools that help the team stay organized and on-deadline
  • Support RFP response coordination - tracking deadlines, assembling components, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks

Light Ideation & Brainstorming Support
  • Contribute to early-stage ideation sessions - bringing fresh thinking on presentation angles, creative concepts, and pitch formats
  • Research competitive landscape, industry trends, and category-specific insights to inform pitch development
  • Help draft copy for sales materials, proactive pitch decks, and client-specific presentations under the direction of senior team members

Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, media, or a related field - agency or media company background a plus
  • Strong project management instincts with experience using platforms like Asana: you track things, you follow up, you close loops, you identify inefficiencies and fix them
  • Comfortable producing polished creative assets - familiar with PowerPoint, Google Docs; design and video tool exposure (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Premiere, iMovie, After Effects) is a plus
  • Clear, concise writer who can adapt tone across formats - from punchy ad copy to professional client decks
  • Fast learning multi-tasker who thrives in a high-volume, fast-moving environment and knows how to prioritize when everything feels urgent
  • Genuinely interested in streaming, media, and advertising - and curious about how ad sales works
  • Collaborative and low-ego: you're here to make the team better, not to own the spot

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base salary range $60,000 - $70,000 + Commission*
  • Company Equity
  • Company 401(k) with employer matching
  • Competitive insurance plans
  • Flexible Time Off Policy

*Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skills, experience, and qualification for the role.
Our Commitment to Diversity:
Don't meet every single requirement? Research shows that women and underrepresented groups often hesitate to apply unless they meet all the criteria. At Atmosphere, we're committed to building a diverse, inclusive team where creativity, innovation, and teamwork thrive. If you're excited about this role but your experience doesn't perfectly align with every qualification, we still encourage you to apply-you might be the right fit for this or another role.
The pay range for this role is:
60,000 - 70,000 USD per year (New York City)
