Location: Perkasie, PA Employment Type: Full-Time Shift: Day Shift (Monday-Friday)About the Role:We are seeking a motivated, hands-on individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Turbine Engine Overhaul Mechanic. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in aviation maintenance. You will receive on-the-job training from experienced technicians while assisting with the disassembly, inspection, cleaning, and reassembly of turbine engines and components.Key Responsibilities:Assist in disassembling and reassembling turbine engines and engine componentsClean and prepare parts for inspection and overhaulLearn to follow FAA and OEM guidelines for airworthinessMaintain a clean, organized work environmentDocument work performed using shop records or digital systemsOperate hand tools and basic machinery in a safe mannerFollow detailed instructions and standard operating proceduresSupport senior mechanics and inspectors as neededQualifications:High school diploma or GED requiredStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detailWillingness to learn aviation industry standards and safety protocolsAbility to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environmentGood communication and teamwork skillsMust be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsPrevious mechanical experience (automotive, small engines, etc.) is a plusEnrollment in or completion of an A&P program preferred but not requiredWhat We Offer:Paid, on-the-job trainingOpportunities for career growth and A&P certification sponsorshipHealth, dental, and vision insurance options401(k) with employer matchOvertime opportunitiesA dynamic and supportive team environment
