*DIRECT HIRE*

We are looking for a motivated and driven individual to join our engineering and automation team as a Tube Laser Programmer.

This position is focused on developing the skills necessary to program, manage, and optimize our Trumpf Tube Laser systems while also creating and modifying products using SolidWorks. The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys both engineering design and hands-on manufacturing.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficiency in reading mechanical drawings

  • Strong mechanical aptitude

  • Ability to communicate effectively with shop floor personnel

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

  • Willingness to learn laser programming and automation systems

  • A minimum of 2 years of CAD drafting or manufacturing experience preferred

RECOMMENDED:

  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

  • Familiarity with steel fabrication processes
