As a Precon Project Engineer at Samet Corporation you will support the Preconstruction project team by:
  • Obtaining construction related permits from local agencies
  • Assisting in subcontractor solicitation and contracting
  • Ensuring proper notices are filed and posted
  • Updating a variety of project logs, status reports and communication
  • Other duties as needed to support the project team

The successful candidate will have:
  • A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field of study
  • Experience working with a general contractor either in a full-time role or through an internship
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
