Compensation:

$124,000 at plan earnings


Responsibilities:
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience from consultation through closing.
  • Guide buyers and sellers through every stage of the transaction with confidence and expertise.
  • Convert and manage high-quality inbound leads while continuing to grow your personal sphere and referral business.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline management to maximize conversion opportunities.

  • Conduct market analysis and provide strategic pricing and negotiation guidance.
  • Negotiate contracts while protecting clients' best interests.

Qualifications:
  • Active DC/VA/MD real estate license.
