The Opportunity

As part of the Finance Consulting team, you will engage in end-to-end Treasury Management System implementation and optimization within FIS, driving productivity and effectiveness in Treasury processes.

As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain rigorous standards while building meaningful client relationships and navigating the intricacies of financial markets. This role offers the chance to deepen your technical knowledge and enhance your personal brand while contributing to impactful client solutions.
Responsibilities


- Engage in the implementation and optimization of Treasury Management Systems (FIS)
- Analyze intricate financial processes to drive productivity
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on established practices
- Build and maintain sturdy relationships with clients
- Navigate the complexities of financial markets to deliver solutions
- Uphold quality standards in every deliverable
- Contribute to the development of impactful client strategies
- Enhance personal knowledge and brand within the finance sector

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance
- Possessing implementation experience in Treasury Management Systems (FIS)

-Advising organizations on Treasury process efficiency
- Being skilled in Microsoft Office suite of products
- Familiarity with financial market and banking processes
- Understanding of cash management and forecasting
- Conducting workshops and meetings with stakeholders
- Advising organizations on Treasury process efficiency
- Utilizing digital tools like Alteryx and PowerBI
- Supporting business development and thought leadership initiatives
- Having hands-on experience with system design and testing

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
