Entry Level Project Manager (Acrylic Bath and Kitchens) 
Factory Direct Renovations Group is a trusted home improvement company seeking an Entry Level Project Manager to join our growing team in the South East Florida area market. The goal of this position is to coordinate and manage the installation process of residential baths and kitchens safely and profitably while never sacrificing quality.

Positions Overview: 
Creating a fresh solution to bath remodeling we offer a stylish, cost effective, low-maintenance bath improvement to homeowners, commercial customers, and consumers with accessibility needs. Standing behind our products, we have developed an unrivaled reputation for quality and workmanship as a manufacturer of acrylic bath and shower solutions. It has extended that level of quality into all our products. 
Primary Purpose & Function: 
Monitor overall installation process for bath and kitchen jobs: take measurements and complete pre-installation inspections, order materials, and assign projects to installation crews.
Maintain exceptionally high standards of customer contact and service overall as the primary liaison between the company, customers, and subcontractors.
Manage and supervise the installation and Services teams daily: provide direct leadership, management, and support to the team.
Ensure that departmental goals are met and adhere to established policies and procedures.
Accountable for completion of projects on time, within budget, and within quality standards to meet business performance expectations.
Troubleshoot and resolve escalated customer service issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
Evaluate and select subcontractors in all markets for quality, cost, and reliability.
Oversee the ordering of materials to ensure quality and cost control.
Ensure all installation processes are followed consistently, conduct job site inspections and evaluations of the final product delivered by the subcontractor.
Act as a vital member of the Leadership Team proactively contributing to the company's continued growth, improvement and advancement.
Participate in Corporate initiatives and process improvements as needed.
Update the operating system with job status and information for customers.
Establish control and monitor the progress of all processes involved in bath and kitchen operations.
Perform quality control checks for new orders.
Ensure OSHA compliance on all installations.
Desired Skills/Experience: 
2 years' experience in acrylic bath systems is a plus
3 years of construction and installation experience as a project lead or foreman required.
Knowledge of construction and code requirements
Resourceful problem-solving abilities
Excellent organizational, time management, multi-tasking, and skills while managing information for multiple jobs. 
Versatility and a willingness to work within changing priorities.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to bend over, lift and carry 50 lbs
High School Diploma/GED 
All candidates hired must pass a background check and drug test. 
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
