Position Summary

This is an entry-level opportunity for someone organized, detail-oriented, and eager to build a long-term career. This is a temp-to-hire role with clear promotional pathways and room for career growth. The ideal candidate is resourceful, a quick learner, and comfortable supporting scheduling and coordination tasks.

Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are strongly preferred. Conversational Spanish or a resourceful approach using translation tools/apps is also welcome.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate client and contractor appointments
  • Manage material delivery scheduling, track shipments, and provide timely updates to the team
  • Send appointment reminders and follow up on confirmations, rescheduling, and changes as needed
  • Support general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, correspondence, and office organization
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and clients (in-person, phone, and email)
  • Assist with other projects and tasks as assigned to support smooth operations

Qualifications

  • Comfortable with scheduling, follow-ups, and basic coordination tasks
  • Resourceful problem-solver who can adapt quickly and use tools (including translation support) effectively
