Typically, these are recent graduates or individuals transitioning into a new field, and they work under the supervision of experienced staff. The trainee period allows them to learn company processes, develop technical abilities, and adapt to workplace culture. Upon successful completion of their training, entry level trainees may be promoted to full-time positions or more advanced roles within the organization.
