We install and integrate electrical, communications, security, life-safety, and technology systems.

We hire entry-level technicians and train them.

You don't need years of industry experience. You do need the ability and desire to learn, follow direction, think on your feet, solve problems, and work with your hands.

We care about attitude, aptitude, work ethic, and character.

We can teach you how to do the work.

We can't teach you to care about doing it well.

Experienced technicians are welcome too. We're a growing company, and capable people have opportunities to take on greater responsibility.

Let's Be Very Clear About the Job

We don't believe in hiding the difficult parts of a job posting and surprising you after you're hired.

This position requires:

• 100% travel. Typically Monday through Friday, but some projects require being away for multiple weeks.
• A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• The ability to pass required background checks.
• Compliance with our 100% tobacco-free workplace policy.
• The ability to pass pre-employment and required drug testing.
• Willingness to share a hotel room with another employee while traveling.
• The ability to perform physical work, including lifting and working at heights.
• Residence in the Trenton Metro Area.
