We are actively hiring an Entry Level Sales Representative to join our in-store team, specializing in phone, TV, and high-speed internet solutions. This is a customer-facing retail sales role focused on delivering an exceptional customer service experience while driving sales performance through product knowledge, relationship building, and professional in-store engagement.


As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you will work directly with customers in a retail environment, guiding them through service options, promotions, and bundled packages. This position combines retail sales, customer service, account management, and sales consulting, making it ideal for individuals looking to grow in sales, marketing, and leadership development.


Position Overview:

The Entry Level Sales Representative is responsible for executing in-store sales strategies, providing top-tier customer service, and supporting new customer enrollments. You will serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring each customer interaction is informative, efficient, and results-driven.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers in a retail setting and creating a welcoming, professional environment
