Entry-Level Retail Sales Representative


Raffo Enterprise is currently hiring motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Retail Sales Representatives. In this role, you'll represent leading telecommunications clients, assist customers with products and services, and develop valuable skills in sales, customer service, and account management.

No prior experience is required. We provide paid training, ongoing mentorship, and the support you need to succeed from day one.


Responsibilities

  • Represent leading telecommunications brands in a retail environment
  • Engage with customers and provide exceptional service

Schedule

  • Full-Time
  • Thursday–Monday
  • Two consecutive days off — one of the best schedules in retail!
  • 10:00 AM–7:00 PM


Compensation

$16.94–$30.00 per hour, plus the opportunity to earn commissions.

Employees are guaranteed at least their applicable hourly wages, including applicable overtime. When commission earnings exceed hourly wages for the applicable pay period, employees are paid the higher commission amount.
