Job description

Raffo Enterprise is currently hiring motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Retail Account Representatives. In this role, you'll represent leading telecommunications clients, assist customers with products and services, and develop valuable skills in sales, customer service, and account management.

No prior experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing mentorship to help you succeed from day one.

Responsibilities

  • Represent telecommunications brands in a retail environment
  • Engage with customers and provide exceptional service
  • Educate customers on products, services, and current promotions
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
