As our Environmental Services Technician, you will be a vital member of our healthcare team, ensuring a safe, hygienic, and aesthetically pleasing environment at Community Memorial Hospital. This entry-level healthcare support role is perfect for individuals passionate about infection prevention and contributing to exceptional patient experience. You'll play a key role in maintaining cleanliness standards and supporting efficient hospital operations.

Every day you will perform crucial cleaning and disinfection tasks in patient care areas, contributing directly to hospital hygiene and infection control. You'll manage supplies, handle waste responsibly following regulatory requirements, and adhere strictly to HIPAA and safety guidelines. From operating EVS equipment to performing room turnovers, your work will directly impact patient and staff well-being, utilizing your critical thinking skills to maintain our high standards of care.

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong ability to understand and differentiate between disinfection levels, operate various cleaning equipment, and communicate effectively. A commitment to safety protocols, organizational standards, and personal accountability is essential for this support services position, which involves heavy work and frequent physical demands related to object movement and various physical activities.


Essential Functions
