ย About the Role


Movora is seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to support our growing portfolio of veterinary orthopedic brands and educational programs. This role is ideal for an early-career designer who is eager to develop their skills while contributing to meaningful work that helps veterinarians improve the lives of animals worldwide.


Working closely with the Creative Manager and cross-functional teams, the Junior Graphic Designer will assist with the creation, adaptation, and production of marketing materials across print, digital, social media, email, events, and education initiatives. This role will also support Movora's social media presence by executing content, tracking performance, and helping implement digital marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness and engagement.


Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, creativity, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Creative Production

  • Design and produce marketing materials across digital and print channels, including brochures, flyers, catalogs, advertisements, presentations, trade show materials, and educational resources.
  • Create engaging digital assets for email marketing, websites, landing pages, and online campaigns.
  • Adapt and resize creative assets for multiple platforms, audiences, and regional markets.
  • Prepare production-ready artwork for both print and digital distribution.
  • Assist with image selection, retouching, and organization of creative assets.
  • Ensure all creative work aligns with Movora brand standards and maintains consistency across all brands and marketing channels.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Execute Movora's social media content calendar across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
  • Design engaging social media graphics, carousels, short-form videos, animations, and promotional assets that support marketing campaigns and business objectives.
  • Schedule and publish approved content using the organization's social media management platform.
  • Monitor social media engagement, comments, and messages, escalating customer inquiries to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Track and report monthly social media performance metrics, including engagement, reach, impressions, click-through rates, follower growth, and campaign performance.
  • Assist in implementing Movora's social media strategy by supporting product launches, educational events, webinars, conferences, awareness campaigns, and ongoing brand storytelling.
  • Maintain consistency in messaging, branding, and visual identity across all social media channels.

Project & Marketing Support

  • Manage assigned projects through Asana while meeting established timelines and priorities.
  • Support product launches, marketing campaigns, and promotional initiatives with creative deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and deliver effective creative solutions.
  • Assist with maintaining organized creative files, digital asset libraries, and marketing templates.

Event & Education Support

  • Design and produce materials for veterinary workshops, educational programs, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Create presentation decks, handouts, signage, and supporting educational collateral.
  • Assist with event branding and promotional materials before, during, and after events.

Quality Control & Brand Stewardship

  • Review all creative assets for accuracy, consistency, formatting, grammar, and brand compliance before publication.
  • Ensure proper version control and organization of project files.
  • Maintain high standards of design quality across all marketing deliverables.

Requirements

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1+ year of graphic design or marketing design experience (internships considered).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including:
    • Adobe InDesign
    • Adobe Illustrator
    • Adobe Photoshop
  • Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Canva.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding, and visual communication.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize deadlines in a collaborative environment.

Preferred

  • Experience working in B2B marketing, healthcare, medical device, or veterinary industries.
  • Experience with social media management and analytics platforms.
  • Basic video editing experience using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software.
  • Familiarity with project management software such as Asana.
  • Experience using AI-powered creative tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Canva, Adobe Firefly, or similar technologies.
  • Photography, photo editing, or motion graphics experience is a plus.
