Fuquay-Varina Health & Rehabilitation Center in Fuquay-Varina, NC is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team.
As a CNA, you are at the forefront of our ability to provide Care Beyond Compare through the exceptional hands-on care you deliver. As a member of the nursing team, you will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure we provide the highest quality of care to our residents, helping them regain and maintain their optimal level of independence. One of the most rewarding aspects of your role is knowing that you have the opportunity to make a sincere difference in someone's life every day.
Now Hiring for the Following Shifts:
  • Full-Time Days: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (12-hour shifts)
  • Full-Time Nights: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (12-hour shifts)

We are primarily seeking Full-Time CNAs, but Part-Time and PRN opportunities are also available.
$5,000 Retention Bonus Available for Eligible Full-Time CNAs!

What You'll Do
  • Provide individualized care to residents according to each resident's plan of care.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Assist with mealtime activities, including feeding residents as needed.
  • Assist residents with mobility, including transferring and positioning them safely.
  • Monitor residents' health status and vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nurse.
  • Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote overall well-being.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized living environment for residents.
  • Perform other duties as required to provide exceptional care to each resident.

What You Need
  • Active, unencumbered North Carolina Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
