The Role in Brief:

Coordinator, Technology Department

As an integral team member, the Coordinator will gain experience and expertise within the Technology Department on strategy and operations. The Coordinator will serve an important role both internally and externally as a liaison, information resource and key point of contact.

Our current opportunity is based in Washington, DC. As a firm, we have adopted a hybrid work model and ask team members to work in the office on days determined by their department.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Act as an internal and external liaison for EAB Technology
  • Collaborate across teams and divisions to provide high-quality, seamless customer service
  • Maintain multiple executives' calendars
  • Identify and manage ongoing engagement events for the department and central operations team
  • Oversee logistics for key department communications and initiatives, including leadership weekly updates, town halls, special events, etc.
  • Work with operations team to project manage schedules, content, speakers, session notes and materials, etc. for all continuous training work in Technology
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new department hires
  • Collaborate with team managers on department communications
  • Book executive travel and submit expenses
  • Other administrative duties and special projects

Basic Qualifications:

  • Excellent academic record
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Must possess at least two of the following:
    • Customer service experience
    • Experience working in a team environment
    • Experience in an office setting
    • Leadership experience

  • Ability to work independently and autonomously
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed internal and external customer expectations
  • Proven ability to manage and troubleshoot basic technology platforms

Compensation:

The anticipated starting salary for this role is $40,000 per year.
