About the Role
As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you'll build your own book of business through cold calling, outbound prospecting, lead generation, and targeted outreach.   • Paid onboarding: Learn Connection's business, public sector customers, sales expectations, hybrid work practices, and the Inside Sales Account Manager role.
  • Systems and process training: Learn sales processes, quoting tools, customer relationship tools, pipeline tracking, and account documentation.
  • Outbound sales practice: Build confidence with cold calling, prospecting, lead generation, discovery questions, follow-up, and account development.
  • Technology solutions training: Gain exposure to product categories, vendor solutions, customer needs, and consultative selling.
