Job description

Overview

We are seeking IT Technical Support Intern to play a key role in supporting IT related issues in business ideas. The technician will provide Tier 1 and 2 support to all divisions of Leon's Group including associates, contractors, or any other individuals as required. This includes but is not limited to OS, Hardware, Application, Printer Support, Set-Up, Facilitation, Etc.

This role is designed for a student who is currently enrolled in a post-secondary work-integrated learning program and ready to start their internship as IT Technical Support.

Location: North York, Toronto, ON - Fully On-site

Work Term: 16 weeks (paid internship placement)

Requirements:

  • Support Active Directory, Configuration and Policies, User administrations

  • Mobile device hardware and application
